Steve Earle is a great songwriter too but I guess he's over 40. I'm sure there are some great songwriters still out there but I haven't kept up, you certainly won't be hearing them on the fucking radio, that's for sure.

Does anyone remember Zevon's hilarious cameo on The Larry Sanders Show where he doesn't want to play 'Werewolves of London' but is forced to by Larry? Great stuff.
