well there is the smell. if halitosis is a for real medical problem that contributes to social stigma and self esteem issues then anal sex has to be right there on the list. top three at least.

i mean i dont want to take this too far but when you're rolling with a stark erection, just putting it wherever you want and flashing the guns in the mirror the last thing you need is that lingering odor raining on your parade.
