Just got the reply from someone at KFC:

"Dear Alex,

I have checked on the pricing at my KFC store on Coney Island Ave..

I think the problem was that the regular Snacker is listed as .99 and the HBBQ is .99. The Ultimate cheese and Buffalo are still priced at 1.19.

I sincerely apologize for any inconveneience. You should have been given the courtesy of ringing up the order at the lower price. I hope you will accept my apology. I am also asking the Office Manager to send you a “Sorry Card” which will give you a FREE Snacker Combo for your inconvenience.

Please accept my apology. I believe that you are a dedicated customer, and hope you will continue to give us a chance to make this right. Thank you for the feedback on the pricing!!"
