I just filed a complaint to KFC, this is what I wrote:
During my purchase at KFC #H476106 I noticed that there were a lot of prices missing from the overhead menu board. Pretty much half of the menu items were missing the pricing, but all listed items had the calorie value next to them. Some of the items that were offered were not on the menu at all, like the 5-Layer Nachos. Couple of week ago I bought 5-Layer Nachos for $0.89, and during this visit they were $1.39, and I only found out about this when the cashier gave me the receipt. The customer should know the prices beforehand.
Please address these issues in a timely manner, or I will have to report the missing pricing to the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
