And guess what: As we speak, there are Riots and Sit-Ins and Furor at KFC. BREAKING: Reports are pouring in from the scene of the melee: I just returned from my lunch break hoping to use the attached coupon to score some free KFC grilled chicken at the mid town location 47 E. 42nd Street. Well I guess around 200 people also had the same idea with coupons in hand. When I finally gave up (after 30 minutes of aguing with other customers) a small RIOT started going on outside the store with people screaming at the manager while he wont let them use their free KFC coupons (issued by OPRAH) Another tipster warns of possible RACIAL VIOLENCE: I went over to our nearest KFC a few minutes ago (this was around 42nd and Park)and chaos ensued. Despite the very visible grilled chicken behind the register, the manager told everyone with coupons to leave and that the promotion was over for the day. The people there are currently holding a sit-in and refusing to leave until they get their free chicken...or the cops are called. Racial epithets were being spewed, people who actually wanted to pay for chicken were facing a potential beatdown, and the manager ran from the screaming horde. Oprah, what have ye wrought? Great Oprah, just great. Look what you've done. We will continue to cover this breaking potential race riot and/ or political uprising, at KFC. We beg you: If you are on the scene, send us photos and reports at once.

I like that the coupon is not valid on mother's day.

Promotion hasn't stopped, is end on May 19th. The timeframe to print the coupons ended, but I printed 14 coupons, I used 4 of them and have 10 left, 10 free more meals.

I'm wondering what Panzer's thoughts on Orwell's 1984 using relatively simplistic writing to express complex themes. Do you consider it political science fiction as a lot of people do, or more of a psychological examination of the human mind, more specifically it's theory about humanity having a mass mental illness where-in becoming part of "The Party" is akin to becoming a cell in a vast organism, even if the individual dies, as you are now just a cell in a greater mass entity, you can still live on forever, thus you attain becoming a God, by becoming part of The Party...thus power for it's own sake is a means of man to become God, through any capricious, brutal or nihilistic means what so ever. I support this with the scenes where O'Brien asserts that the party can warp reality it's self "I could rise off the floor and float away like soap bubbles if I wanted to" (and at various instances of reality distortion of history with the use of 'memory holes') and his statement {I'm paraphrasing now} "We could ratchet up the extremity of things to the point where men would be senile at the age of 30, It wouldn't matter as long as the party lives on forever."?

Since when can you get nachos at kfc  Or is this a combined store with taco bell that you are going to .
The kfc by me is combined with Long John Silvers , and i always get 3 shrimp , and 1 piece of fish , along with my 3 chicken strip meal

Yes, it's a KFC/Taco Bell type of thing, but the building is decorated to KFC standards and the complaint form only gives me to write 1000 characters. The had the Why-Pay-More! Value Menu, but now I guess they took it off.

These restaurants are violating the NYC law and cheating fair and honest citizens like you and me out of our hard-earned dollars. Like Macy's, do you know how they tuck the price tags under the watches and jewelry so you can't see the price and have to ask the saleperson for the price? That is illegal according to NYC's fair pricing law:
"§ 20–708 Display of total selling price by tag or sign. All consumer commodities, sold, exposed for sale or offered for sale at retail except those items subject to section 20–708.1 of this code, shall have conspicuously displayed, at the point of exposure or offering for sale, the total selling price exclusive of tax by means of (a) a stamp, tag or label attached to the item or (b) by a sign at the point of display which indicates the item to which the price refers, provided that this information is plainly visible at the point of display for sale of the items so indicated. You probably shouldn't go back to that specific store . They now know who you are and you squeeled on them . If they offer you free food or any food items , i'm sure they will add some special secret Papa Johns kitchen sauce just for you . That , or they will drop your pizza on the floor , and then cook it , so you won't even notice .

Here's one for you
McDonalds by me charges you like 20-25 cents for additional packets of chicken nugget sauce when you ask for more than one . Which is fine with me .
But for some reason they charge you if you ask for the honey mustard sauce . They charge you for just the one packet .
What is so special about honey mustard sauce that they charge you , even if you get just one packet

There are also a couple of McD's locations in NYC and some Burger Kings and Wendy's that charge or used to charge for condinments. The McD's that is near the Sheepshead Bay B/Q train used to do. I think that it is the entrpreneur-owned franchises that use this practice, corporate-owned/operate McDonald locations always give out condinments for free. Usually they go for $0.25-$0.35 per condinments container (white plastic pan with peel-away soft plastic lid, like they use for butter and jellies) not the squeeze packs. According to NYC law, it is legal for restaurants to do so as long as the price is under the dollar and the area of the item is 3 square inches or less. I wanted to report the Wendy's for doing this but then I found this clause in the NYC Lawbook.

You know what pissed me off  . When Subway stopped giving out the little stamps when you bought a 6 inch , or two stamps for a footlong . I remember it used to be like 8 stamps for a free 6 inch . Then they changed it to 10 or 12 stamps i think . Then they just stopped doing it

I don't think that they ever did that in NYC. What pisses me about Subway is since they started doing the $5.00 for a footlong, they now try to put less of vegies and cheese into the sandwiches. Some locations that I know that do this I avoid them. 90% of the time it is the Pakis who low-ball you on the ingredients. Charlies Subs give you a inked-stamp on the card for a free sandwhich. Something like buy 6 get 1 free.

This thread shows the old stamps on cards (8 per card equaling one free 6 inch sub) . Subway would give you a wallet sized card to stick the stamps on .

I only started buying from Subway like in 2204. I heard about this promo thing that they had. Their $5.00 for a footlong is a great value here in NYC. I think that theyr'e #1 for value sub sandwiches.
