Sir, that is bull fucken shit. I do not have any "duty" to care for anyone, save myself and my family. If I happen to do give a crap about anyone other that myself or those closest to me, it is called "charity", not "duty".

Take your cum-by-ya it-takes-a-village crap to a church or the peace corps, where it belongs. And spend your own money while you are at it.
