Eric, you need to really be more specific about your goals if this is a serious thread.

"Getting in ahape" is too nebulous. Depending on your goals you shape your diet based on that.

For instance, when I make an omelette I use four eggs. I strain three of them and use only the whites and leave the yolk in the fourth because that is what fits my personal fitness plan.
