Is it just me or were all the disappointed customers black? Now either it was just blatant editing on the television station's part or this proves that the "stereotype" of blacks and fried chicken is not a stereotype.

It saddens me that a mom would be so dependent on fast food to provide for her family rather than cooking for them with recipes made with love. Why can't we focus on that instead of race? Besides, even if by the off chance that this Popeyes trip was a rare treat, why couldn't she just go to another Popeyes? Or just stop at the deli and pick up chicken and biscuits? I don't see why she's getting so stressed out.

There was only two Popeye's in the town and both ran out.
In other Popeye's "$4.99 Special" news, the only Popeye's in Minnesota doesn't participate in the promotion.
