I've often wondered the same. Even though the Outsider of all the banned people was more of an annoyance to me than anyone else I still liked him amongst the board so i can vent my anger towards him and argue. It made it slightly entertaining for me.

Oh well... it's impossible to have a uncensored board or anything for that matter. Some people can only tolerate so much I guess.
