Thanks for the technical details. From a purely mechanical view, it seems that a reverse cowgirl dp is harder to achieve and maintain harmoniously than a standard dp (woman's face facing anchor's face and chest). Or so it would seem to me. I always thought these convoluted DPs were too difficult to come up with on the fly, and that some planning was required. The DP being a disturbed gymnastics of some kind I guess.
