Guess that would be as opposed to rubber stamping everything while "W" got his facist expanded government (Department of Homeland Security, Patriot Act, etc.) legislation through. And while I'm at it, what exactly is wrong with Socialism? Seems like lots of people think there is something wrong with it, but, in between cashing their unemployment, welfare, or Social Security checks (or using Medicare or Medicaid) they rarely can articulate an educated reason at to why there is something wrong with it. Not to mention the fact that U.S. businesses (esp. the auto industry) could easly compete better in the global market if we had socialized medicine. But I guess people would rather believe that we'd have to see a vet for our healthcare needs if we had that, we continue to make less and less real goods in the U.S.
