Thread totally derailed. Let's stick to the subject of Duke's post.
Duke, yeah I know once a week isn't really good enough since most of the downloads for stuff will happen in those first few days when it's higher up on the sites. But since most studios haven't done anything about piracy since Day One, even if they started once a week it would be a massive improvement. But right now those studios got SO MUCH stuff out there that it'd take them a few weeks to get caught up to the point where they could monitor a few sites daily.
All we need is a group of studios to all agree to authorize each other to represent them. That way when I'm looking for Shane's World stuff and I happen to see a Gag Factor or Facial Abuse I can include the url in my DMCA. And when you're looking for Facial Abuse you can include any Shane's World stuff in your DMCAs. Obviously you would be much better than me at finding your stuff, but if I stumbled across your stuff, an easy copy/paste of the url wouldn't be a problem.
I'm offering my services to studios for less than the cost of a part-time minimum wage worker, but if studios are still too cheap (and apathetic), perhaps just a free agreement signed by studios authorizing the other members would work too. Just as long as no one deletes any sponsor clips or tries to screw over a competitor somehow.

My internet connection is not super fast for any type of file, if I buy a game online I start the download when I am going to bed or when leaving for work, I don't get how that is time consuming. The same deal would apply for legitimately purchased porn and illegal stuff.
They will upload a link you pull down over and over and over. That takes time and effort. At what point is it better to just buy it. For example, they up it, we are immediatley notified and it gets taken down. They reupload it, we take it down. The difference is, this keeps peopel in work on my side. for them its just a waste of time. Does that make more sense?

Ok you said you bought a game.. Now, you also said your downloads are slow. Now would you upload that game for your little club of buddies to share too knowing that it's going to be 5 times slower than your download, and I'm just going to send in a dmca as soon as its up. Even though on this very board I;ve been called a stalker, an "alt" (whatever that means) and other "pirate"-like names, I myself am from the "old school" of porn consuming; via DVDs bought in stores, thorugh distributors, etc... The only "pirate" porn which I support isn't even pirated at all; some internet-only DIY amateur stuff (like some stuff found on Xtube for example, although that place also has some pirating going on) can only be found online via the sharing of other users. I have never attempted nor even thought of transfering my purchased porn onto a format readable and uploadeable online. To me, it's a waste of time to rip off those ppl who produce such delicious smut. Plus, in Canada, alot of our porn is released much later than the USA street dates, so if (THEORETICALLY SPEAKING of course) I were to pirate some stuff to post/share online, it would be already obsolete... ... so what would be the point?

It will take time, but laws are slowly being passed world wide in favor of copyright holders. it may take some time, but im patient. heck i've been gathering Ip's of pirates for over a year now. Some mods on boards are ready to flip on their buddies without their buddies even knowing. In short, i'm about to drop some science on 20 or so hosts and 100's of individuals. I dont care if i win a dollar. Heck, i'll be happy if everyone i beat has to do yard work for me. And its sad to because alot of these people are my fans, so i am torn. But if you are indeed my fan, why rip me off?

Yep, that's a pretty sweet RV. Nice front room slide out, rocking about 3 AC units and it's a diesel pusher. Looks like a DirecTV satellite bubble up by ac unit #1. That thing is probably a cool $250k.
