Thread totally derailed. Let's stick to the subject of Duke's post.

Duke, yeah I know once a week isn't really good enough since most of the downloads for stuff will happen in those first few days when it's higher up on the sites. But since most studios haven't done anything about piracy since Day One, even if they started once a week it would be a massive improvement. But right now those studios got SO MUCH stuff out there that it'd take them a few weeks to get caught up to the point where they could monitor a few sites daily.

All we need is a group of studios to all agree to authorize each other to represent them. That way when I'm looking for Shane's World stuff and I happen to see a Gag Factor or Facial Abuse I can include the url in my DMCA. And when you're looking for Facial Abuse you can include any Shane's World stuff in your DMCAs. Obviously you would be much better than me at finding your stuff, but if I stumbled across your stuff, an easy copy/paste of the url wouldn't be a problem.

I'm offering my services to studios for less than the cost of a part-time minimum wage worker, but if studios are still too cheap (and apathetic), perhaps just a free agreement signed by studios authorizing the other members would work too. Just as long as no one deletes any sponsor clips or tries to screw over a competitor somehow.
