I'm not sure if your post is ironic or not.

I would choose the removal of finger- and/or toenails over anything else. Physical pain usually goes away quite fast, contrary to the mental damage of fear.

And I would like to give Corke a nice 220V/16A cattle-prod-up-the-ass treatment. But that's off topic.
