IIRC, No one is saying that publishing names is libel, or even an invasion of privacy (at least no one credible is saying that). It is merely a "convention" based on the fact that a porn industry board should not put porn industry performers in danger by facilitating stalkers.
The convention is based on the assumption that porn performers are more likely to be the object of violent stalkers than other public figures (correctly or not).
This topic has been covered many times and for many years. One such example appears below:
