Yeah, her asshole has had those odd bumps (possibly hemorrhoids or anal skin tags) for a while. Even if they were caused by hard turds and straining alone, anal sex certainly isn't going to improve matters. Regardless, the probable causes are all things that I'd avoid in women: very poor dietary habits; not being careful enough during anal-insertive activities; being abused; sexual masochism (enjoying pain); surgical trauma; or some combination.
