Obviously, if someone sought out being in porn, they're not feeling shy in their first time naked on camera. Most performers, and yes even me, will tell you that they were more nervous about trying to be a good performer.

You were a stripper before porn. What about your beginnings as a stripper. No feelings of shame back then?

I was a stripper first as well. And no, I had no shame then either. Even though, like most people, there are things about my body I'd like to change I've always been comfortable in my own skin. Plus I've been involved in theater since I was little. And in theater with communal dressing rooms and super quick changes backstage you get used to taking your clothes off in front of others REAL fast! I think the human body is beautiful and intriguing in all its forms. And being naked is so natural. Its only society that tries to make us ashamed of the way we are naturally and wants us to hide it. In many cultures showing your body is considered normal and is perfectly accepted. So if you do what feels right to you without worrying about what other repressed strangers think (within legal constraints of course!I don't want to be arrested for going to target naked!)then you are much happier! And as for shyness...I've NEVER been shy..lol! In fact when an old boyfriend from high school contacted me on myspace and found out what I do now he laughed and said he wasn't a bit surprised! And that he wished he'd stayed with me instead of marrying a classmate of ours right after high school who is very religeous and uptight!
