The guy most likely meant "sovereign nations." "Wake Up Call - New World Order" is a collection of bits and pieces of some documentaries dealing with conspiracy theories. Nice and entertaining stuff mostly, but nothing convincing. When Israel is more or less directly blamed for being a force in the destruction of said sovereign nations, it always gets strange. Alex Jones, for example, is one of the thicker conspiracy comedians out there and his videos are just lame.
