This thread is about one of my heros, Tioga George. He is a full time RVer and a bit of a character. Since 2004, George and his "team" of inanimate objects have been traveling in "Ms. Tioga", his older class C motorhome. They almost always camp in free places, relying on solar power and "boondocking". George has been in Mexico now for over a year, but he had some interesting travels in beautiful places in the western US before that. He went to Canada once, but they wouldn't let him back in.

George is admittedly bipolar. He also is a cancer survivor, the cancer support group he was in was a large part of his beginning to travel. The great thing about Tioga George, and the reason he has so many followers, is that he blogs every day. In addition to his blog, his web site has many pages giving the team's background. It's fun to follow his travels, I've been keeping up with George since around early 2006. He will return e-mails, eventually.
