Thats all broad speculation on his lawyer's part; hopefully the state of California will not let this piece of garbage out in any time less than the full agreed sentence for reasons like prison overcrowding.

Rot in hell you piece of murdering garbage. I do think a better sentence would be chopping his leg off, beating his stoner brain in until he's brain damaged (if he isn't already), then run his skull over with his own car. Would serve him right.
