IIRC, she was one of the first (and probablof the few) whores who ever negotiated a percentage of the film's gross from the Mitchell Brothers.

There's a funny scene in "Green Door" where Jim and Artie kidnap Marilyn. Jim has a gun in his hand. How prescient.
