You should be able to come to settlement with the IRS and arrange a payment plan. You should do so as soon as possible to stop the IRS' mafia-like penalties and interest from compounding. The best people to represent you in making a settlement offer to the IRS are ex-IRS agents. They can get the best deals due to either professional courtesy and/or a kickback you will never know about.
