I'm using Firefox 3, with the popup blocker, and for some reason, it still appeared (at least once).

Having said that, I would have expected a more responsible answer from you -- popunders are tacky, and poor netiquette. Why would your personal site do a sleazier approach than any number of the major websites I occasionally browse? Total buzzkill.
