Funny how you seem to have forgotten meeting me -- when you shot for my black pornstar girlfriend Vanessa Blue. Either way, while it may not be fair, production companies, porn and mainstream, do get to cast their movies and hire talent with broad latitude in regards to Title VII and the Unruh Act.

There are First Amendment aspects to casting and there are really no studies in regards to casting in porn. There was a study done a couple of years ago in mainstream, but it would be hard to convince a jury that blacks are discriminated against in the adult industry without empirical studies.

I dont disagree with you though. Its just not a viable suit.
