Before I start there are some rules that apply to this guide, the girl has to be attractive and can't be addicted to drugs in order for this to work.
Okay, every girl needs to understand that its a business and you have to leave the diva shit at the door, because it will close more than it opens.
So you are a product, you have to work out a way to maximize your market value, and understand that you have a shelf life.
I am going to use brooke as a prototype, so we can put a face to the plan
Brooke, unwilling face of monkey's porn girl guide
So heres what you do.
When you first get in its best to do Girl/Girl only for the first 6 months, if you can get by doing solo then by all means do that, but in doing so you are going to need a strong fan base, and you will have to interact with your fans, be accessible to the fans, which means you will have to not only stomach the following but pretend to like it (see below)
So this means you have to have your own website (make sure you own it) and keep it active, keep it upto date and have a forum where your fan bois will beg for you to work with dudes (or negros once tritone signs up)
Now you will only be able to get by on Girl/Girl if you are really attractive, and are able to do enough work to build your fanbase. Do vanilla Girl/Girl stuff, for the top companies, means you will probably have to turn down some work with some of the lesser companies so you will need an agent who understands what youa re trying to build which in itself will be a challenge. Market yourself as a 'princess'. You don't even have to be insanely hot or even young to succeed in doing so, ashton moore is proof (gunker's database will show this)
After about 30 or so G/G scenes, use your forum as a way to talk to fans and drop hints at the thought of doing b/g scenes, let the rumor help promote you, this is where 400 pound loyals will help set your market value for the b/g scene. OR you could go an original route which is to shoot your own B/G scene to be released exclusively on your own website.
This is the path that audrey bitoni was on, BUT there was two things she did wrong, 1) she opened the flood gates, she did far too many scenes in a short period of time, smash and grab approach which im sure was partly due to the fact she had derek hay as an agent and he runs them out there and 2) she had too much surgery, all of which wasn't needed but she obviously sees herself differently than others or wants to change the way she looks because she hates who she is ala michael jackson.
Do the one scene and hope for a strong reaction from fans and a spike in new members. This is when its good to get out and feature dance, stay clear of the lure of drugs, you must protect your looks and remain reliable, your shelf life is shrinking daily, stretch it out as much as you can.
Go back to doing g/g scenes, the b/g was a tease, builds demand.
You can work like this for a few years, mostly G/G with some B/G scenes trickled in, but in order for it to work you have to stay off hard drugs, you have to be smart with your money (huge key, the powers that be can smell when money is needed and thats when boundaries are tested and the plan falls to shit). Stay clean, stick to the plan, be smart with the money and be reliable. Try to give yourself 12 months to get out, by then you should have a few investment properties that are earning for you, and an out plan, if you don't then you will crash and burn like the cindy crawfords before you.
