Yeah, the man definitely has a look all his own. He actually doesn't ALWAYS dress like that. I guess because he's actually shy, He just like to go outrageous when he's "on stage"...kinda like Elton John, HA!

Although I did hear some people who've known him for years remark that they have NEVER seen him wear long pants.
