Of course white people are to blame - when have his so called darker skinned people done anything with regard to MODERN civilizations? Unless of course they have oil but then again it is white people that are usually getting it out of the ground for them, amirite? So yes, white people deserve most of the credit for the modern world and of course most of the blame as well.
Technically he is correct in his assumption of white guilt but as a world leader one would think he would have a little more tact and intelligence than to publicly voice his theories ( unless of course he is going for a chavez/iran type of leadership)
