It was inferred with what they were saying. I don't actually know if it was said verbatim as I was about to blow my stack so I shut it off.
I take it with a grain of salt after cooling off because I know from American serviceman I actually served with that they aren't all stupid or ignorant. When I was in the Gulf it didn't matter what uniform you had on, you know they had your back and vice versa.

Ask any US serviceman who has served with Canadian's and I'm certain that clip will make them just ask sick to the stomach.

Just as the Canadian population shouldn't judge the US military for bad command decisions, the US population shouldn't judge Canadian servicemen based on years of government cutbacks and virtual abandonment. Thankfully the smart ones don't.
BTW, this is me manning a US Rhib, while US a boarding team chills and takes a break on a Canadian ship. And to negate the hypocrit factor I get just as riled when people slam the American military.
