Thing is, Canadians have done a hell of a lot of fighting and have suffered a lot of causalities in Afghanistan. That segment in Red Eye turns out not being funny because we laugh at Canadian soldiers. But we laugh at the commentators for bouncing around so cocky and arrogant making their jokes (that's how they do it on that show, I've seen it) while they are completely ignorant of what they're talking about.
