As you know most porn whores suffer from low self esteem (you know because they’re whores). It can stem from years of psychological and or physical abuse. Step daddy saying things like you are an ugly little whore, I can't stand the sight of you, now come do that thing your mommy won't do. They get caught up in a viscous cycle of trying to please others by their appearance and at the same time not looking good enough to themselves.

When they get away from home they do some porn (which by training is something they know they can do) make some money and all of sudden there is a great urge to undergo plastic surgery, to keep the improvements coming. Anyone who undergoes that much plastic surgery just looks plastic. The whore can’t see this because all they see is part they wanted removed or changed.

We are in a paradox here. To stop this senseless use of plastic surgery we have to attack the problem at it’s source. That’s to stop this abuse of young women and allow them to be raised in a wholesome nurturing environment. This will of course totally decimate the future porn whore population.
