Saying I have a "blown out rectum" is like saying I have a stubbed toe or a broken elbow. It doesn't mean anything. It's not a real insult because you just made it up out of thin air based on nothing.

This needs to be broken into two sentences ("well you got it" being sentence #1). You need a comma after "Well". You need a coma after "now". Handprint is one word (not "hand print"). And here we go with again with something made up out of thin air because you couldn't think of anything else to say. I have a "handprint that's inflamed across my face". Okey dokey! And you have skid mark on your forehead! See, it doesn't really sting if it's just made up. Lastly, you're fantacizing that you're dishing out a beating. Have you ever read "The Secrest Life of Walter Mitty" by James Thurber? It's about a nobody who copes with his boring life by fantacizing about doing exciting, impossible things. You should REALLY check it out.
