Conq - as I understand from your previous posts you are something like the resident manager at the apartment. If that's the case you are an employee and your compensation includes the apartment. As a result, the owner can fire you whenever he wants. Your only right is appropriate notice to leave.
Since you are not really a tenant, you don't get the benefit of tenants rights.
