I didn't say that to help my recovery. Conq is my friend on here, and I had ragged on him pretty hard. I tried to make up by giving advise I thought would help, based on my life experience.

I am not religious. Prostelyzing would not be tolerated here.

I don't beat the recovery horse to death. My meeting thread floats to the top once a week. If it is pertinent, I'll offer an experienced opinion. But I post about a lot of other things. I think the board is better for having someone 18 years sober hanging around, talking about porn and politics.

I am a tolerant liberal because I wear my heart on my sleeve, not because I am in recovery. I was a liberal when I was a drunk. You may be confusing that influence with AA?

If there's an outcry, I'll confine my postings to porno. But, I ain't seen it.
