Try to be nice, and try to see some joy in the little monsters. They are little better than your hamsters in some types of development, but you put up with the down side of the hammies. Find some good in having children as part of your life.

Earphones, music, TV, ticking clock, etc. not a complete solution, none of these are, but help.

Go for a walk in a quiet place or go to the library once in a while. An hour of real quiet will do you a lot of good.

Totally accept that you can't change this.
