Probably easier but wouldn't work as well.

I realize that this idea amounts to butterflies and rainbows but it would solve all of these problems. Other ideas floated would only half ass it or wait for mankind to start acting like people populating the future in Star Trek Next generation not the selfish irresponsible animals we are.


ps- no where did i say anything about eugenics, i could give a fuck about the race, religion ( although i wouldn't like more saracen in theory )or beliefs of the populace allowed to breed excepting those beliefs that would impact on their child rearing skills.

I'll sum it up for you- the world's problems are the result of stupid people breeding until that problem is rectified we are all pissing into the wind.

I am smart enough to know that if I am having problems taking care of myself then i shouldn't have kids. People who are too dumb or irresponsible to realize this are the problem.
