Wait... I have an idea. How about we kill a few of the pork projects in the Omnibus that just breezed through and save the money there so we can let the Vets have the healthcare for injuries sustained in combat.

I vote to throw the $2 million "promotion of astronomy" in Hilo, Hawaii as the first pork to be cut. The fuckers there rarely see the sky thanks to all the rain. How the fuck are they going to promote astronomy there????
