Though I could carefully consider your situation and advise you on how to manage it, instead I will give you the honest truth: you're a jerk and deserve for this to end as badly as possible. How can I tell this aside from the fact that you're hooking up with three women simultaneously without informing one another? You don't use periods. No, but seriously, that's a major pet peeve.
More importantly, you're not deserving of any good advice because of this quote:

This is clearly not true. Obvious to anyone who has behaved in a responsible and empathetic manner at any point in their lives. You want to cause as little drama for yourself and not be bothered by their feelings. You, sir, are an ass.
If you cared about them at all, you would have indicated early that you wanted to hook up with many people at once and made sure they were cool with it. You clearly didn't because you could care less about how they feel and now you want to get rid of them because you want to clear room in your "Fave Five". Clearly, one of them thought you were in a relationship and is attached but you didn't let things like how she would feel about her situation get in the way of your selfishness.
I don't have any problem with people being in multiple relationships simultaneously as long as all involved are cool with it. This was never the case here as they never even knew about it. You weren't mature enough to tell them early on and you're so weak a person that you have to lie about it anonymously by pretending that you care about their feelings. Be honest. You never cared nor will you ever care about them. Behave accordingly and reap what you sowed.
