absolutely. he suffers from a longstanding lack of respect for the board, not censorship. sure he can be ignored, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's cost the place in potential posters- lurkers that never bothered. example if you're going to say an ethnic group is "smelly and should go back to their country" as he did recently, better be funny in execution, else accept the failhammer. despite the adult-of-diminished-capacity cards he was dealt in life, and the personality of a broken fender dragging on the street, you'd think after 6 years he would've learned something. sadly it's only amounted to one long nerdgasm of self indulgence.

i'd always just assumed he was kept around for some unseen purpose- perhaps as "greeter" for the ban convicts from ADT as they emerged like prison fish off the bus with no windows. then to get up to speed they took baby swings at scatbozo until it got too easy, before leveling up to general population to trade jabs with the big boys- alphas like Hyde, Hungwell, paperwaste, etc.

as for fears about him going suicidal, he doesn't have the spine- he can't even make eye contact with people in public as he's admitted. He'd sooner pay his poor mother a dime of rent than he would kidnap her and drive off a cliff to end the legacy of mediocrity he blamed her for - since that would require an awareness of it to begin with - and as we know ignorance is bliss.
