Howard threatened to sue the guy a few years back too. He wanted to shut down the site for some reason. When he realized the guy wasn't posting audio links he backed off. With Sirus tanking there is a good chance Howard will be off the air soon. I have no idea what mark is going to do then.

Howard has an unofficial message board that is like ADT. Post anything negative about Howard and you get banned. I only know that because they banned me when I called Howard a hypocrite when he dumped his wife and started banging models. He nailed those guys for years and then he did it and acted like he never said that stuff before.
