Any medication ending on -pam holds a serious risk of addiction. The human body builds a tolerance to this stuff pretty easily. Psychological component is not to be underestimated either (but this can differ significantly from person to person). Same goes for zoplicon, btw.
Benzo addiction is a bitch to get away from.
