Gotta say, this is a thread near and dear to my heart, as I regularly function on less than four hours sleep.
I find two things interesting here.
1) An ungodly number of us all have some sort of sleep disorder.
2) I'd never heard of this hygiene of sleep book. I will now be checking out Amazon...
Also, does anybody else have this issue? It seems the more tired I get, the more feral/aggressive I get. Especially in the sack. The wife loves it when I'm sleep deprived, but I always feel like I'm devolving when I'm like this. Seeing as how I'm chronically sleep deprived all the fucking time... well... it's not cool. Hard to explain how weird it feels.
