No one on here said anything about sleep hygiene. If you really wanna sleep and not just complain about not sleeping, you need to study that. A popular book I've heard people rave about is "No More Sleepless Nights".

Sleep hygeine just explains common sense stuff like not doing exciting stuff right before bed. But, if you can't sleep and haven't studied sleep hygeine, I guarantee you there's stuff in that book that will surprise you.

Electrostatic, you with kids sleeping all weird hours, this is required reading for you. You're creating habits that will stay with those kids their entire life.
