Weed gives me the worst panic attacks imaginable. Think of the anxiety you get when LSD kicks in before you hallucinate. Now imagine having that feeling every waking moment for weeks on end (not kidding).

I definitely gotta stretch more before I hit the sack. When I had a routine my shit wasn't so bad. The biggest part is my mind spins and spins when I lie down. Awake and exhausted right now...
