Indeed. Sometimes, you need to make a certain gesture to show goodwill. Sending Clinton over to negotiate is just that. Of course, North Korean leadership will use/abuse the photo opportunity. Every regime would do that. You may like him or not, agree or disagree with him, but Clinton still holds a lot of clout in the world. Same with Carter. Nothing wrong with putting knowledge, talent and experience to good use.

This will certainly appeal to a brilliant young man as Da Cokester.
