I don't think that matters; if there is a demand for a theme I'm sure guys would be willing to do it. I think it is more the reticence of the people making it. Interracial is taboo. Slap-happy type shit is taboo. Putting them together would be too much of a double whammy (see: Cambria List). Just an opinion.....
