Indeed. I think people underestimate the brick and mortor retail rentals. Like I posted earlier, the best thing to - almost always - is to rent the tape. If you like it, buy it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/clobbered.gif" alt="" />
But why not rent the DVD, if I like it then buy it. I mean mainstream movies come out at the same time for that reason. However they of course later have special edition dvd's with more features but still - they understand the changing marketplace. I wonder, if VHS rentals are still strong in porn because of the supply of dvds or if it is because of the demand of the consumers?
Again, I wonder how many people rent the tape then don't later buy the dvd because they have lost intrest by the time it comes out.
