I think Mouth Meat refers to the fat lip like abrasions and contusions the woman may experience after being face fucked by multiple mopes.

Go to the top of the page, and click on SEARCH. Limit your search to the Review forum, search for the term "mouth meat" and set the time to all posts. This will return two older reviews for MM1, and some other reviews for later vids in the series, some of which I did.

Some of these are very good, I like this series.
