Okay, so this is the Circular Prison Facility. I know that it does not look circular, but the main blockhouse/ cell complex is. And no, it is not a panopticon design, because the panopticon has the watchtower in the middle, and my design has the spiral staircase in the middle, with no internal watchtower whatsoever.
First there is an entry point: the guardhouse and the gates. All incoming and outgoing vehicles and live matter pass this point. After the entry point theres the administrative part and the garage: the administrative buildings are on the left and right, and are connected by the overhead pass, which includes the external watchtower that is equiped with the machinegun and with a stinger launcher for point defence. All the prisoners are brought in a prison van and are unloaded uned the overpass and are led to right via the path to the cellblock.
The path has parallel walls, that are accessories with the razorwire, there are also 2 small fountains for the decorative purposes in the middle of it.
After the path theres the blockhouse, the actual Circular Prison (CP), The cells are pretty much located allover the CP, there are 3 floors: 1F, 2F and B1 or 1F, B1 and B2, I have not decided upon configuration yet. But basically the 2 topmost floors will feature standard cells while the bottommost level will have special cells, solitary confiment and etc. From the blockhouse there will be a narrow basement/underground passage to the walking yard, shower room and at the end there will be a Prison Manager's tower.
The Prison Manager's tower will be a place of the Prison Manager. This will be a luxury work and leisure space that the Prison Manager will have at this disposal, it will include a balcony with a great view on the entire facility.
In addition there will also be underground sector that will connect the administrative buildings to the blockhouse via the undergound arcade that will be right below the ground path. In the undeground there will be a bunch of utility rooms like power hall with 2 gas generators, the boiler room, the kitchen and the water storage hall.
There might also be additional spaces for forced labor of the inmates, like the bottling of a knock-off Old Spice. I like to call it Yacht Spice.
The prison can be also used an area firepoint by mounting 2 turrents on the roof. Theres this new system that is currently being developed, it is called Millenium Gun and it is pretty neat.
