After pointing out it's a bad joke, tell her you're sympathetic to her plight, and would never refer to her as "exotic", "cleopatra", or "hapa booty" -- that life as you see it is a celebration of similarities, not differences. That might perk her little ears up.

Also mention if things ever got serious, you wouldn't play the typical game of keeping your male friends guessing her exact ethnic make-up, since while that might make her seem more desirable to them, it would also serve to reinforce a trophyist mentality, and you aren't about all that. Good luck!
