On a serious note though, it's the chimpanzee who is the victim. If we are to rely on statistics, we can assume that the chimp had an absentee father, limited secondary education and has most likely been 'known to police' since a very early age.

Poor little fucker never had a decent chance in life.



Actually over the past dozen years there had been several incidents of anti-social behavior by the chimp. Fortunately nothing more than some bites but it was a warning sign.
